Pressure Washing: Chad’s work was exceptional. Our roof is white concrete tile and was extremely dirty as a result of Live Oak droppings. He took the time necessary to achieve the best results and was very careful with the tile. I will definitely use him for my next pressure washing project.

Pressure Washing: We previously booked another company that we found on Thumbtack that no-showed. We needed the house pressure washed FAST as we had Airbnb renters checking in the same day. Chad responded to my message within 1 minute and sent Trumaine out within the hour. Trumaine did a wonderful job! Everything looks fantastic, I am very happy! We will be using them for all of our pressure wash needs!
Pressure Washing: I hired PresH2oto come and clean the driveways in front of all the engine bays at my shop at first I didn’t think that they could get the job done but man was I wrong my engine bays have never been this clean! He reached out, discussed what I was looking for, then provided dates and times, was prompt, provided updates throughout the work, and had more than fair pricing! Pressure Washing: If I could give this company 10 stars I would!! They painted a 1070 sf condo. Meticulous doesn’t begin to describe the level of work they performed. Their work ethic is beyond anything I’ve seen in Florida in all the time I’ve owned my vacation hone. They use an App letting you know when to expect them and expected completion. I live in a different location so they sent pictures each day to show their progress. I was/am so happy with the people, communication and beautiful job they did. It’s rare these days to find such nice, professional contractors!!

Offered early arrival that turned out great! Went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the job. Good communication in the way that was convenient for me. Job well done.
